Hands Off DOGE: Yearly Low 3 Weeks Ago as BTC, ETH Bottomed

DOGE is at 0.0702, and honestly it's the worst-looking chart of anything I've checked lately. BTC and ETH bottomed in June–July and are putting in higher lows, but DOGE printed a fresh yearly low of 0.0677 on August 1. Making new lows on your own while the market bounces is a sign of weakness.
Highs have been stepping lower for five straight months: 0.1186 → 0.0925 → 0.0794 → 0.074. Even when a bounce comes, it keeps getting rejected at 0.073–0.074.
What bothers me most is OBV. ETH's OBV has been making higher lows for two months, a sign of accumulation, but DOGE's OBV just keeps bleeding. Even on bounce days, volume doesn't show up. For a meme coin, flows are everything — and there aren't any.
Bollinger Band width has squeezed from 15.7% down to 3.5%, so DOGE should pick a direction soon, but structurally I don't see anything that argues for upside. The one consolation is that the thickest volume node sits at 0.0696, almost exactly at the current price.
If 0.0677 breaks, it's new-low territory with no obvious support below, and it needs to reclaim at least 0.079 before we can even start talking about a trend. Until then, I'm not looking at it.
Meme coins are usually the last to run. BTC goes first, then ETH, then meme coins. Buying DOGE now is getting ahead of the sequence. In times like this, sitting out is the position.
Trade safe, everyone. Just sharing my view~
