Live Crypto Funding Rates - Perpetual Futures Funding Compared Across Binance, Bybit, OKX and Bitget
Live and cumulative funding rates
Funding is the fee settled at regular intervals to keep perpetual futures prices anchored to spot: when positive, longs pay shorts; when negative, shorts pay longs. This page refreshes funding rates from Binance, Bybit, OKX and Bitget every few minutes and compares them on one screen.
Live funding
Shows the current funding rate for each pair's upcoming settlement (the rate can move until the funding timestamp). Filter by settlement interval and compare within the same interval — mixing intervals misstates the cumulative effect. The annualize toggle shows the annualized equivalent of the selected per-interval rate for easier comparison.
Cumulative funding
Sums all funding paid over the past 1 to 365 days. Strongly positive cumulative funding is what traders check when evaluating a delta-neutral carry — long spot plus an equal short perp that collects funding from the crowded side. Costs, spread and liquidation risk on the short leg all eat into that edge; the mechanics are covered in the funding rates guide.
Reading funding as a crowding gauge
Elevated funding sustained for days signals crowded positioning on one side — conditions in which forced position unwinds can amplify price moves. Funding pairs naturally with the long/short ratios and liquidation data on this site: three complementary views of leverage and positioning.
